yam Education Inc. is seeking two dynamic and motivated Recruitment & Admissions Interns to support our student recruitment and enrollment efforts. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in student admissions, recruitment strategies, and higher education outreach. The interns will work closely with the Recruitment, Admission & Enrollment Specialist to drive student engagement and assist in the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in student outreach and recruitment efforts through various communication channels.
Support application processing, follow-ups, and document verification.
Help coordinate recruitment events such as open houses, webinars, campus tours, workshops, and orientations.
Maintain and update student records and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Respond to inquiries from prospective students via email, phone, and social media.
Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to align recruitment strategies with enrollment goals.
Provide administrative support
Requirements & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in French and be able to communicate in English
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
