The Human Resource (HR) Certificate (only 12 credits) is flexible for you to choose the basic knowledge such as payroll compensation, training and development, analysis and recruitment of staff jobs, and labor laws and employee relations.

To obtain a higher leadership degree, the HR Management Associate degree will expand on those skills to include management techniques, finance, leadership, and effective human relations.
With a few more credits, you can earn a double major with a Business Management Associate degree to make you highly educated in the world of business.
